What advertorial content style would you like us to follow? #

 

Relevant, topical, engaging, entertaining to read. Not overly commercial. All advertorial submissions must be original,  exclusive to TravelMole and VYTS.

 

How are submitted items selected for publication? #

 

The Content Team Leaders will be selecting submissions which are relevant, topical, engaging, fun to read, with excellent photos,  not overly commercial, and that they are original and exclusive to TravelMole and VYTS, solely at our discretion.

 

Will selected items be published on TravelMole versus VYTS? #

 

Content which is B2B will mainly be published on TravelMole. Others will be published on either, at the discretion of the Content  team.

 

How many items will be published? #

 

Approx 10 Tid-bid (i.e. Covid Update, Offers & Giveaways, What’s New) and 6 advertorial items daily ‘in each’ of TravelMole and  VYTS’ N. America, UK/EMEA and Asia Pacific newsletters (6 newsletters in all).

 

Is there an editorial team? #

 

There is a combined team of TravelMole and VYTS editors/journalists and writers, with a rotating weekly Advertorial  Content Team Leader. There is a dedicated Social Media Manager who coordinated with this team.

 

Can I contact my usual TravelMole editorial contact? #

 

No. They will not have any responsibilities for the advertorial content.

 

How does one submit their content? #

 

Only submissions through https://www.travelmole.com/sched_mole-vyts.php will be considered. Please double check for typos,  URL, images, etc.

 

How many images may be submitted for each item? #

 

Between 1-3, as allowed in the submission form for the different types of submissions.

 

Do you accept PDF, video, podcast and similar files? #

 

No.

 

How many ‘Tid-bit’ items can I submit each week? #

 

Up to 2 items each for Covid Update, Offers & Giveaways and What’s New, for each DMO, travel supplier or trade group.

 

How many ‘Advertorial’ items can I submit each week? #

 

1 item for each DMO, travel supplier or trade group.

 

Will I be notified if my item(s) have been selected or not for publication? #

 

Unfortunately not.

 

Will my content be edited? Will I be notified or have pre approval of edits? #

 

We reserve the right to make minor edits, especially to remove any superlative and farfetched claims, without notifying the  submitter. While we do not plan to be involved with major edits, your approval will be sought if any major edits have been made. More likely our content team will contact you with suggestions for a re-write and re-submission.

 

How can I request changes, edits, etc. to items published? #

 

No requests for changes and edits will be accepted, even for submitted items with typos, wrong URL, image, etc. Please double  check before submitting. Only paying VYTS exhibitor/sponsors and Featured Partner Zone members will be provided a contact email and/or Chat for support.

 

How can I communicate with the Advertorial Content Team Leader? #

 

If you have any general questions and suggestions, they can be submitted at YYTS Facebook ‘Contributor’ page https://www. facebook.com/VYTSOfficial/. We are not accepting questions related to any specific free postings. Paying VYTS exhibitor/sponsors and Featured Partner Zone members are provided a contact email and/or Chat for support.

 

Who will own the rights to the published advertorial item? #

 

OmniTourism LLC, parent company of TravelMole and VYTS.
