Meet us Live is when the exhibitor is online for a 1-2-1 Zoom meeting. You should ‘hide’ this option if you are not online. This will be a great option to have over the week that your show will be live. Look at it like maning your exhibitor booth over live events. This is a link to your Zoom account where, when travel agents and travel professionals click on it, will take them to meet you live on your zoom. So all you have to do is keep your zoom open whenever you are in front of your computer and travel agents will request entry to your zoom to speak with you.
Network with us is for anyone to join your typical Z networking meeting. You should hide this option when networking is not available.
Man exhibits only when you wish or when you are conducting advance appointment meetings, around the time period your Expert Panel session or presentative goes live, announce new giveaways, etc.
Unmanned exhibit general Chat inquiries can be answered when the exhibitor has time and with hot leads answered more promptly. Turn on and off your exhibit Live Zoom Meeting and Networking, at any time.

VYTS Customer Care Support team will assign and enter the related Chat ID for your account. Just let us know if you would like a different Chat channel created for travel agents & travel professionals versus for consumers.
With all the other tabs you should enter your Zoom Meeting ID. You can choose to either add the same ID for both registered travel agents/travel professionals and consumers or a different ID for each one of them.
Hide and Unhide any of the tabs, at any time, you choose for it to appear or not on your exhibit page.
This will be helpful when the exhibit is not being manned for the “Meet Us Live” and “Network with US” tabs, so visitors do not waste their time clicking on them receive the Zoom message that ‘no one is available’.
